Application for Certificate of Occupancy is to be picked up at the Borough Office Building. It is a three part carbon form which cannot be posted online. The two-page heater form may be filled out prior to picking up the Official Application for Certificate of Occupancy at the borough office. Get instructions for how to complete the form here.
