Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE – Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest that the Ivyland Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will be a virtual hearing on the Zoom.com platform.
This Hearing is scheduled to consider an application of DVT Property Holdings, LLC concerning a property that is located at 1120 Jacksonville Road, Ivyland, PA 18974 and identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 17-003-088. The Property is located in the Borough’s R-1, Residence zoning district. The Applicant is seeking a special exception from Section 27-1006 of the Ivyland Borough Zoning Ordinance to convert a nonconforming, commercial/manufacturing use to another nonconforming use, that being an office and warehouse use for a lawn care business. In the alternative, the Applicant is seeking a variance from Section 27-506 to be able to operate the office and warehouse use for a lawn care business in the R-1, Residence zoning district.
The public is invited to log on or phone in to the virtual meeting and hearing. Public comment will be taken by email before and during the hearing, by phone during the hearing and as part of the video conference.
