Hamilton\, DMD\,\nconcerning a property that is located at 1120 Jacksonville Road\, Ivyland\, PA 18974 and\nidentified as Tax Map Parcel No. 17-003-088. The Property is located in the Borough’s\nR-1\, Residence zoning district. The Applicant is seeking a special exception pursuant to\nSection 27-1006 of the Ivyland Borough Zoning Ordinance to convert a nonconforming\,\ncommercial/manufacturing use to another nonconforming use\, that being a medical office\n(pediatric dentist).
